M54 swap

Soo, I just put the 3.0 intake harness computer and transmision in this 325i shell. I go to start and I get no fire. I swapped my key and key ignition since the previous owner broke it, or it was stolen. Idk. The guy is fron kansas. .. I also put the gas pedal from the 330 in the 325i

My question is, did I need to swap my key and ignition over from my car wirh the ecu from the 330 or do I need the key that was in the 325i?
