Acceleration vibration, T-case, guibo, CSB?

There are various threads about similar problems to mine but I'm not sure how having an XI changes things. Plus I may have multiple issues.

I'm at 135k since around 115k I have had a clunk when going from drive to reverse and the other way around. When i pull into a parking lot I will either pull in so I can drive straight out or back in. The first reverse shift after driving seems ok. It always hates it when I repeatedly go back and forth between D and R. It doesn't seem as bad if it is cold, like in the mornings. After driving or sitting in a hot parking lot it gets worse. This said to me "something rubber" and I am leaning toward the giubo.

The last 10k or so I have had a bad shudder under acceleration when starting from a stop. I can accelerate fine once I'm already moving. Kickdown from 30mph? No problem. I'm thinking this may be the CSB which I would be replacing with the giubo anyway. Again this doesn't seem to happen as bad when cold, mainly exhibiting after driving or sitting in a hot parking lot.

I have also replaced the front left CV axle (boot was cracked initially). Which didn't seem to effect this problem. The other CV "seems" fine in that it doesn't click while driving or turning. And the CV boots seem fine. But some people are saying these can have issues that aren't easily visible.

The transfer case is apparently another possibility but I don't really know how to check that. I changed my T-case fluid around 120k with the right type of Redline (according to the forums).

What do I do to narrow this down? Or just replace the giubo/CSB and see if that fixes it?
