Di i buy super high mileage 330ci?

Hi All, Ok so in my stable i have a lowish mileage M6 (80k) and what i'd call high mileage 323ci (126000).



I want a change and fancy a lci 2004 330 convertible.



I have found one but it has 185000 miles on it... Should i walk away? it has full bmw history and looks mint? Is it risky?
