What to pay for a good Vert

I'm looking at a 2005 330 with 40K, ZHP, cold weather, new tires, maintenance history. The car is well cared for and a good color. What do you think it's worth? I checked book and it's between $14,500 and $15,500. Any thoughts? Thx.
