just bought Cali car. things to check other than actual car

I already found major problem. But i got it cheaper than book value so its kind of even now.



Im wondering what else should i check? I dont live in cali so dont know the law here.



I just made sure it was clean title. How can i search for unpaid parking tickets? (Not by city but cali as a whole) there shouldnt be any lien since its a clean title?
