Help Identifying front sway bar

My front sway bar bushings are shot and need replaced. I'm not sure if it's an aftermarked sway bar or not. The rear is an H&R, but I can't find any markings on the front one to identify it.



Can you guys tell me how to tell if it's stock or aftermarket? I took a piece of thread and wrapped it around it to get the outside diameter. It was 4.5" hopefully that helps.
