Headlight Paint help

Hey guys I wanna do the painted reflector bowl mod but my country doesn't have a supplier for the stained glass paints used. I wonder if anyone has a spare can that they wanna sell and ship over or are there any alternative brands or ways that I can paint them? Does rustoleum work? From Malaysia.
