Can I install aftermarket Kicker speakers in the rear on the stock amp??

I just bought my first BMW and i'd like to get to work on replacing the speaker system. I am starting with two 4" 60watt Kicker KS400 for the rear deck. First of all, is it something i can easily do in my own garage? Second, will the stock amp cause any issues with the aftermarket speakers?
