Hey guys….I’ve decided to sell my M3 after 6 years. So here are the specs:
Bought June 19, 2011 with 59k miles, and is now at 84k miles. Garage Queen + Car Cover ***9786;. Never been in an accident or a fender bender. Clean title.
It’s a second car and driven at most twice a month –– I charge its battery often. Never tracked.
It's a 2001 E46 M3, laguna seca blue, 6 speed manual, coupe, with lots of tasteful mods. It’s overall quality is near to perfect condition – especially considering the fact that it’s 16 years old.
It has the premium package, cold weather package, xenon headlights, premium sound (harman/kardon) sunroof, integrated phone, garage opener, upgraded Navi, Bluetooth, etc;
Here’s a list of the mods:
-Catback Magnaflow Exhaust
- K&N Intake
- Turner Motorsport Pulley
- Shark Injector Stage 3 Chip (works with the exhaust, intake and pulley)
- Tein Sport springs
- H&R Sway Bars (30mm F, 25 mm R)
- Rotara cross drilled rotors
- 19" VM CSL Wheels (245/265)
- Carbon Fiber Trim interior all around
- UUC Short Shifter w/ brand new M leather shift knob (this one took me a long time to track down)
- LIPO Navi system w/ Bluetooth (that brings it back to the 21st century, also an OEM look and fit)
- Carbon Fiber CSL Trunk (painted/color matched LSB; still have the OEM trunk in storage)
- Carbon Fiber Diffuser (color matched as well)
- Additional subwoofer in the trunk, by Kicker
- Eagle Eye OEM tail lights
- Xenon Fog lights
- Angel eyes
- LED lighting all around including interior

Cosmetically and mechanically maintained very well. I have all the OEM parts of things I’ve changed and recorded all the maintenance I’ve had performed.
Changed the oil every 5k miles with Castrol TWS 10w-60 synthetic – has about 2,500 on the oil now.
All recalls have been performed (most recently an airbag). Rod bearing had been done. Sub frame has been inspected on numerous occasions and there were no issues. Vanos has no issues – has been inspected, filter has been changed for preventative purposes.
Due to frustrating experiences with different sales, I’m not wasting any time on taking the car to see any mechanics. If you wish to have someone take a look at it, you are more than welcome to bring someone on a visit but that is all; the car is as is.
Getting a PPI, on the buyers expense, is fine. Having a third party look at the car is also welcomed at a place of my choosing.
