Where can I find metal door panel clips? (if they exist)

I’m getting really tired of these plastic clips that break very easily, and I recently replaced all 4 regulators and motors, and nearly half of the clips snapped and crumbled, so I got some new ones, and same result. So are there any metal clips out there? Or any good plastic clips that don’t break after one use?

Plus, my door panels don’t want to stick to the door, and with the new speakers I put it, from Bavsound(which by the way they are amazing and worth every penny) but my doors rattle...
