Strange MS43 Problem (Experts need...)

Hello everybody,

since my 330i compressor-days i've bought a Alpina B3 3.3 with Switchtronic in 2015. Only driven on sunny days, i've missed a little bit of torque in the lower rpm's and i've got searching after the "torque" under 4000 rpm.

high-speed and top-end-power are good and without any discussions. in the past year i've replaced: :P

- before-cat-lambas
- after-cat-lambdas
- intake booth
- maf-sensor
- pressure-regualtor for fuelrail
- replaced the o-rings at the fuel-rail and injektion valves with cleaning

engine runs like a charm, very smooth and not lazy. :)

But after a little bit searching and reverse-engineering, i've found out, that ALPINA uses a "black and white" VANOS-Controlling! The VANOS Only operates in "1" and "0". They connected the vanos-magnetic-valve on the output-port from die "DISA / VIM (Variable Intake Manifold) and underpressed all the vanos-failures, becouse they dont' use the standard-M54-MS43-Vanos-Control.
Now to my problem:

The vanos-solenoid is working (tested and replaced with a same one) and the electric-connection is working, becouse if i activate die "DISA" in INPA on Engine running in idle, the vanos is switching and engine began to run lumpy - that tells me: Valve working, Vanos switching, electric ok! :)

BUT in driving-mode the solenoid is never activated!! the intake camshaft is aways in "high rpm power" style, and not torque-orientated. :banghead:

Thanks to daniel f, i'm able to look into the "VIM" Tables of MS43-ALPINA-File and searched there for the activation-options and found :shhh::

but it' doesn't work! Car is original and not tuned, changed, switched... :ben:

I've disconnected battery, resetted adaptions, no failures listed...
