Stalled a Few Times now Won't Start

Car was running completely fine (other than needing some power steering fluid) until when driving up a ramp in a garage, it died suddenly. I was able to restart it after a few seconds and get it parked. Later that day, it starts up no problem but when trying to accelerate it would accelerate briefly, then start to decrease and either die or pop back to life briefly, but if it did die, it restarted right away. This went on for several hundred yards before ultimately it would not start anymore. It is now safely back in my garage and will crank but will not start, but also is not throwing any codes.

About a month before this started, it was idling very rough and throwing lean codes. I replaced the fuel filter, pump, and the intake boots. I also had to replace the DISA valve as I got a bit over aggressive in removing it. Once all that was done, the car started up no issues, idled smoother than ever, and ran great... until the above happened.

What I have done so far:
- The pump is not priming when i turn the key on, checked voltage at the pump and get 0 volts when turning from off to on (didn't get a reading while cranking, but I was watching when it was turned on and it never registered any power).
- Checked fuses 54 and 3 and they are fine
- Checked the relay (horn swap method) and it appears to be fine as well
- Verified the key is recognized (car beeps with driver door open)

My thinking at this point is I might have a bad ground somewhere but I am not sure where to look and haven't had any luck perusing the forum. Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.
