speaker problem after Bluetooth module install

I just installed a Bluetooth module through my aux input on business cd radio. Used posi tap to attach black from module to brown ground and red from module to purple white switch power.

Everything worked fine for a minute. Then as I was stuffing everything back in the Stereo sound lost its mid and bass levels. Now I have this soft tinny echoing music.

What happened?
