My E46 Sedan and its current issues

Hey guys I just wanted to start off by thanking each and every member who contributes to these forums and makes life a whole lot easier for noobs like me. I recently purchased my BMW 325i 2003 about 3 weeks ago. When I first purchased the service records indicated that an oil change was recently done, my brake fluid was good and full and everything seemed fine(no check engine light or codes) after 2 days of driving I hit a few big potholes and my service engine soon light came on throwing codes P0171 & P0174. About a week later my car wouldnt start so I replaced my fuel pump myself and that fixed the issue. I also used GUMOUT Fuel Injector Cleaner which got rid of P0171 but P0174 is still showing up. I'm planning on changing my fuel filter very soon and then I'm going to make sure there arent any leaks in the engine. Today my car is running into more and more issues everyday.

1. Very rough idle/vibration when stopped whether in park or drive
2. Weird buzzing noises coming from dashboard
3. Engine rattles and shakes which is visibly noticeable and I even have a video which shows how the engine was when I first purchased the car and the way it shakes now.
4. Poor MPG
5. Front two windows either wont go up or down without me putting a lot of pressure to push them up or down.
6. When I shift gears the car jerks and moves (might need transmission fluid changed)
7. I hear and feel a loud grinding sound when I brake.
8. My window wiper fluid won't shoot out
9. My fuel gauge reads the incorrect fuel amount ever since I replaced my fuel pump (after I fill up with gas I have to drive around and the gauge slowly moves towards the correct reading) so if I'm on empty and I fill up to full it will still show empty until I drive around enough for it to then slowly rise to the correct amount.
10. And last but not least, sometimes when I accelerate it doesn't feel as powerful as it used to feel. I'm guessing it might be a misfire or some type of leak but I'm not sure.

I know this sounds very problematic and I should see a mechanic but I'm on a very tight budget so any tips and info will be very helpful. Again thank you to everyone who browses these forums trying to help other and trying to spread knowledge!
