since my car is an MS45 car, the wiring was very minimal.
we pinted out WDS PINOUTs fro MSS54 for a 2002 MSS54 NON SMG and compared it to MS45 DME pinouts and made my harness pinouts match what ever the MS54 needed. depinned and moved pins where they needed to go.
EWS was coded out by a local software tuner as well as secondary pump under the hood for emissions. we used the S54 Fuel pump, lines and FPR/Filter setup as well. Retained the stock 330i relay and made sure to use Euro Fuel pump relay pin on S54 DME and it works just fine. Retained M54 AC compressor and changed to a different belt we got from autozone. installed M3 aux fan and airbox as well.
Love the quad exhaust, sounds very good and not too much rasp.
