Is my Flywheel shot??

E46 brothers, Looking for some insight on Flywheel or Clutch issues.

Scenario: Moved away and car was sitting for 1 year 6 months and only driven about 4 times by a family member. Returned home and let a family member borrow my daily... they crashed it and it needed repairs so I busted the old girl out of the garage for daily use in the meantime. She seemed very stout during the time I needed her. After getting my accord back, I was periodically taking her out for a spirited drive (knowing there was over due TLC to be done) and one evening I grabbed second gear and ran it out. Upon arriving to the next stop light, I had no gears and clutch was going to the floor. I assumed it was a hydraulic issue so replaced the slave and there is no evidence of a leak from the master. Slave went in smooth with no issues and a clean bleed. Result: still no gears.

Known info:
-Brand new slave and fluid
-Clutch no longer goes to the floor but feels off
-Will go into gear while car is off
-Substantial chatter while trying to put it into gear while running (see video)
-When car is on and you try to force it into gear... it seems as if it wants to go in (creates a lot of chatter)
-Car just broke 100k (01 330)
-Car has e60 short shifter
-Car has been very well maintained for the 8 years I've owned it...
-This happened about 7 months ago and has been sitting since
-Clutch seemed great prior to this happening
-I've done ALOT of searching
*I did start the car with it in gear and it lunged forward... upon applying the break and it in gear... it just kinda sat there and I killed the engine very quickly

Possible issues:
-Springs on the flywheel rusted??
-Missed Hydraulic issue??
-Seized clutch??
-Alignment issues??

Looking to get her back on the road... Please let me know what you think is the route cause before I start ripping things apart. Appreciate it!
