My daughter was diving her 04 325 (190k) and her DSC light came on as she was backing out of the driveway. That is the only light that came on. My wife was with her and they both said it felt like the trans did not engage into gear. They played with forw/reverse thinking it was the trans. The car "slipped a couple time" but eventually pulled back into the drive. The DSC light only was on the entire time. I got home and pulled codes, but nothing related the DSC came up. They both say they did not hit the switch. When I cranked the car later, the light was off and It drove fine. I even flipped the switch a couple time and it did not effect normal driving. It this the tremor before the quake that I am about to have a real failure?
