Quick question for everyone: do E46 verts have anti trap function for their power windows? The Bentley manual I found claims they don't, but my General Module is throwing codes 0D and 0E complaining about the convertible anti-trap function.
Still waiting on installing DIS v57, which might have more recent/accurate information, but since I just bought this car I'm slightly worried it's had significant computer work done that was undisclosed. If the car didn't come with anti-trap, then it shouldn't be surprised at its absence, right?
I see three possibilities:
1) Vert didn't come with anti trap, and the at the factory nobody bothered to tell the GM to not freak out about it. Therefore these error codes will continue.
2) Vert comes with anti-trap, and mine's haywire
3) My computer was improperly programmed / repaired at some point, which could be a major headache
I think it's probably 2, since the window was hesitating once or twice with the auto-close function, but wanted to ask. Thanks!
