I bought a 2002 325xi Auto with 112k. Saphire/Natural.
Cosmetically a bit ugly. Small little things needed. Needed just a few maintenance things. One thing led to another and I did much more than expected.
I bought some BBS CHs. Always wanted these wheels on an E46. I didn't realize what a pain in the a5s the fitment for this car was. I forced the issue. One of the front fenders was a bit beat up so since I was gonna toss it, I thought hmmmm...... what if I cut off the flares and put them on the rear? I overlaid the fender on the opposite rear and it was perfect. The BBS rear wheel stuck out about 12mm. We extended it about 25mm with the OEM front flare. It was the exact amount I needed and would make those rear hips look much better than that stock weak 5h!t. Its very subtle and hard to see in pics, in person its obvious. I was tempted to go full retard with an M3 conversion, like how I did my sedan many years ago, HOWEVER I'm an adult now and can't keep messing around. Settled for M Tech II in the front and rear, OEM M3 mirrors, paint-matched moldings and window trim, wider rear, Rob43 suspension........... too much other crap. Added Carplay, M3 steering wheel with a custom cover, upgraded shifter, titanium trim. Here are some pics. Don't feel like going through it all. Anyway its almost ready. I have some stuff I'm borderline on installing. Got some black OEM M3 front seats but debating dyeing them or not. This will be for the wifey... had to stick with 18" and mounted some cheap tires that were given to me for free lmfao. Thought I would add some pics for you bishes.
