325xi Timing Belt? Service issues???

Hey, question - does a 325xi have a timing belt? Sell one for a friend and only remember seeing chains on my 330xi.

With 191,000 miles, what would be the issues someone should be looking for if any?

Serviced by BMW it's entire single ownership - Selling it, Asking $3300 ?
