SMOLOV Squat Routine

I figured I would start a new thread for this since this forum has been dead. I took roughly a month off of lifting because the holidays were crazy for me. I will do my best to stick STRICT on this routine for those who want to do the same. I just did day one- reaction: **** me.

Beginning numbers



1rm back squat- approx 385lbs

Starting weight- 207lbs

Leg girth- (6" above the knee) 24"



Day one-



65% - 3x8 @ 250

70% - 5 @ 270

75% - 2x2 @ 289

80% - 1 @ 308



First day back, legs are feeling it!!



Thanks to Greg (Glight) for hookin me up with spun performance wrist wraps and knee wraps. Used the knee wraps for the first time and they are fantastic.
