Custom windscreen behind headrests?

I'm looking into making a plexiglass screen to sit behind the rear headrests or something with some type of mesh material to stretch around them, think pantyhose or something.. Anybody done something like this in the past? Would of course prefer stock but want something that leaves back seat usable while in use.
