06 M3 SMG failure....I've searched, I've called, I've failed! Lets discuss

I have a 40k mile 2006 e46 M3. With NO codes. I repeat none stored never had a transmission light. Everything passes the checks. Actuator has I believe 74-75 bar of pressure.

Symptoms:

First gear slip/shutter

Within 500 miles

Hard shifts no matter what intensity level the SMG is set too.

Huge delay in High RPMs shifts (manual and auto modes)

2 to 4 shifts only happened twice

horrible grind in 2 to 3 shift happened once

Whats done to the car:

3.91 Diff online built rear end

stage 4 BW 6 puck clutch

Solid engine/tranny mounts

I removed the solid mounts and problems started occurring (coincidence)???

Whats been checked and replaced:

Re-adapted the clutch

Updated the software

Bled the clutch

Note: After the previous 3, it got worse.

Yesterday. I had the transmission compression springs checked. None were broken, Reeves BMW sent me the wrong springs after two days of confirming. 1 had some chaffing and cupping, I atleast flipped it around for a better scenario. I checked the 5k mile clutch and its in great condition. Stock dual mass has seen better days, it has a so 5-8 degrees of side to side play. I figured that would be causing my shutter. I also replaced the GPS with a fresh brand new OEM unit. Reassembled the car and bled the system.

Current symptoms:

1) Shutter is much better, its still apparent but no where near as bad or as frequent.

2) Shifts are smoother, not as smooth as the should be but absolutely smoother

3) High RPMs shift delay is still here. No change whatsoever. It disengages the clutch just fine, but the issue sounds like its in the engagement. I have to lift off the gas until its engages. I do not have to drop under 5k rpms. There is no pattern to it.

Can this be caused by the 1 slightly damaged not broken compression spring? The play in the fly wheel? Something else? Whats the left to check?

Don't tell me to convert to a 6 spd ... lol
