Gay Marriage Bans -- Constitutionally Doomed?

Federal judge strikes down Oregon's same-sex marriage ban



Looks like they're falling right and left.



Obvious question, are gay marriage bans un-Constitutional?



Given the rapidity with which they are falling, even in conservative states, I would have to say yes. Ironically, I think SCJ Scalia foresaw this in the DOMA ruling and his dissenting opinion has become a key citation for striking down these state-level bans. I'd give gay marriage bans another year or two before they're gone altogether.
