Buying a 1999 323i 4dr and would like to make it look like a M3

I am at the point where I want to buy another BMW. I have founfd a 1999 323i that's in good shape and would like to get her looking great. My intestion is to make her look like a M3 and in time perform like a M3. Can some one lead me in the right direction to get the first phase completed?
