Help removing throttle body e46 323ci

It's a 2000 323ci



Fly by wire and my question is, if I remove the throttle body, will it have problems "relearning" upon bolting it back up. This is assuming I disconnect the battery before I remove it. I just haven't been able to get solid info on this answer, thank you!
