E46 Flooded (with rain water), still runs, lights all on except CEL

last winter's Colorado floods rescure 330xi has come back to life. It started right up (changed the oils of course) and a vacum hose was open and was stuttering at idle when cold. Now leak fixed, car runs smooth and has lots of power shifts, smooth and is a beast except...

The dashboards lights have always been on and stay on constantly. No other symptom detected. Speedometer and other gauges work fine. :dunno:

I've searched the forum and found that this could be caused a great number of things. I need your help to pinpoint the most likely hood part. Expert help here appreciated.

No Codes as the vacuum leak, when the vacuum leak was fixed, CEL went out

My questions:

1. Which module/sensor/computer would these systems have in common that may cause all these lights to go on?

2. Is there a General Module like on the E39's (7 series)

3. CLUE : The power seats do not work, Motors dead, I need to replace them. Is there a module/computer under there that may be burnt also which may cause this issue?

If no answers I guess I'll be replacing tire-pressure sensors, speed sensors, brake pressure sensor's in that order. I have used parts from another wrecked e46 that may save me money. :p

Thanks in Advance
