Replace O2 sesor or not

New to the BMW game and just bought a 01 325I w/180K on the clock. She runs fine no CEL but was woundering if I should change all the O2 sensors or with till a CEL pops. I mountain of parts growing that I will change all at the same time Fuel filter, oil change, trans filter, spark plugs. Was seeing if I should add the O2 sensors to the list.
