Popping noise front left floor, bad new LCAB?

Ok backstory, about 2,000 miles ago, I replaced both front lower control arm bushings, motor mounts, tranny mounts, and brakes (pads and rotors). All torqued to spec, all the rubber stuff is MEYLE.

Well about a week ago i started getting a “pop” when the weight shifts to the front under "normal" braking. It sounds like someone tapping the frame directly under my foot with a wrench. It's only when I’m coming to a complete stop at a light. It's a onetime pop on the front left and i can feel it directly under my foot when i put it on the floor. It sometimes does it when i take off again (weight shifting the other direction) but it’s not as loud when that happens. I got under there and checked all the bolts again and checked the brace plate and everything is still plenty tight, but i gave it all an extra snug down while under there just for GP.

Based on the location which is exactly where the LCAB bolts to the frame, I’m leaning towards an issue there, almost like it's shifting on the lower control arm where it's pressed on. When i installed them the old ones were plenty tight had to be pulled off with a puller, so i don’t' think it's a matter of the control arm "rod" being wore down. And the new ones got put on with a little blue dawn dish soap, no grease.

So do you think I’m looking in the right area? Could these be a smidge too big on the inside and "sliding:" around? It's worth mentioning that this doesn’t' happen when cold, it's after I’ve been driving a bit and everything warms up.

I'm thinking of swapping them from side to side with the other and seeing if it stops/goes away.
