Knocking under my feet while braking?

Ok so. 2004 325xi I replaced the cv joints a couple months ago. Everything was very smooth until recently I noticed that while breaking to a stop I hear at least 2 knocks under my feet. Also very slight shaking while coasting but goes away while accelerating. What do you guys think ?
