My old SC kit from ESS is up for sale.
I had the supercharger kit VT1 from ESS on my E46, 330i, 2002 for about 2 years without issues. When I bought it, I replaced all wearable items (hoses, clamps, rubber gaskets, etc).
I installed the kit myself without issues by following Todd's instructions at http://ift.tt/TsY98e. It states that you make about +100 hp with this kit, which is a very noticeable boost for an already torque'y car.
I must say I miss the extra hp.. Especially on a cold day, rev'ing it to 6k and see the boost climb to about 7 psi .. The car pulled hard! And, with my light flywheel and 3.33 diff, the car was very snappy and sounded great! I pulled on some E46 M3s, which was great!
Well, I bought another toy car and decided to bring my 330i back to stock (which makes it easier to pass smog too.. :)
So, this kit is up for sale. Looking for some offers and for someone local to San Diego for review and pick-up. I'll also include a boost gauge and vacuum line.
