Replacing Rear shocks.. Ramp okay?

Hey. Quick question.



Going to change my rear shocks today. Seems very straight forward but I was wondering if it is possible to just back up onto ramps instead of jacking it up and using jack stands... you don't have to actually support the frame, right?
