Loss of power when making turns

So I have been noticing that every now and then when I turn, the car feels like its losing power, it has some sort of delayed shift in gears. I had BMW PHD (A very well known M3 specialist in Pasadena) check it out for all codes and everything turned out fine. No codes no nothing, except a code for a coolant thermostat that has already been replaced. Anyone have a idea what can be causing that? Again, no codes, no SES light. Drives good.
