Help please e46 won't stay running

I ran my 323i down to 1 mile to empty the other night.I stopped and put fuel in and when I got home the car seemed like it was missing. The next day it will crank up right away run and second and die. If you stay on the throttle it will run but sluggish while in neutral. I replaced fuel pump and filter but still doing the same thing. I have good pressure at the fuel rail.i get a code for maf sensor but it still won't run if I unplug it. The intake hose is cracked and I have one ordered. Also the hose from the secondary air pump is real spongy and pump does work. Can these 2 hoses really cause the issue I am having.Thanks
