E46 electrical issues

I replaced my alternator after the battery light came on followed by all of the warning lights from low voltage. I have still had issues for the last year with a parasitic drain issue which I believe to have fixed recently by mounting the hood open sensor with a bolt (was missing). However, my interior and headlights still flicker.
