04 M4 Battery Parasite

I realize there are many posts here and on other sites concerning this issue; however, I've read them all. This is my first post ever, and I have solid details.

2004 M3, SMG, 100% stock. 35k Miles.

My car is obviously not driven daily, but my battery will drain COMPLETELY in a few days of sitting in the garage. I'm on my third battery since october of 2013.

I have not done an amp meter/fuse pull test but will attempt this all day tomorrow . I've read all kinds of potential causes but have noticed a few particulars in my case.

One day while in the garage I noticed my passenger window going up then down over and over again, not fully, only an inch or two at a time. Then one morning, I walked into the garage to start my 02 jetta TDI beater for work and both windows, both side rear windows and the sunroof were open, like I had held down the open door lock button on the key fob. My garage is detached and the M sits about 10-15 yards from where the FOBS (2 of them) are kept in the house.

Because of these two observations, the problem seems to be related to the windows or the FOB, but there are still multiple variable involved here and I'm not familiar with how these function operate.

I refuse to go to the dealer and have some sales moron feed me horsecrap and have them charge me $1000 a pop to start experimenting.

I would appreciate any experience or suggestions here guys. This is driving me insane. :banghead:
