WTB: ZHP sedan in Michigan Area

I've been saving for quite some time and I think I can finally introduce a zhp into my life. I recently sold my 2002 325xi and am now Dailying my 535is. But come the winter months I can't do it to the 535is. A zhp, while it doesn't deserve to be driven in the winter months, id say is more suited to be a year round daily over my 535is. I took great care of my 325 and taking it to the DIY wash every few days to give it a rinse id say worked very well keeping it cancer free. Now to the car I want. I'll paste the credentials below but this is just a summary of what Ive got in mind. It must be a sedan and it must be a manual, someone offered me a coupe but i just don't feel the same way about them. Id prefer it to be imola red, alpine white, orient blue, or steel grey but am open. I really don't want a grey or tan interior but for the right car I would consider, but ideally its wither a black (leather or alcantara) or natural brown interior. Mods are fine with me as long as they're tasteful and reversible. I really want to be able to tell that the owner(s) have really cared for the car, Just because it has low miles doesn't mean it was cared for. But if i get there and the paint is smoothed and lathered with wax, the ineterior is not a mess, the owner has many enthusiastic things to say about the car, then id feel like I'm getting a car with a good soul, my e28 when i bought it while a little rough i feel like it was properly loved and enjoyed and that what I want to get at, thats why I'm posting here and not on craigslist, or scouring auto trader. You guys know what you have and thats what I like
1. Model: 330i Zhp sedan
2. Year span: 2003-2005
3. Mileage span: X<80k
4. Color(s): Imola, steel grey, alpine, orient blue (in desired order)
5. Transmission: Manual *must*
6. Modification status (stock, light mods, heavy mods): reversible is fine
7. Price range: 12,000

TL;DR
I want a clean well loved and cared for zhp with low miles.
