Misfire/black liquid coming out of exhaust.. engine getting extremely hot but temp ga

Was driving my car and all of sudden I saw a huge plume of smoke come out the exhaust and then the car started sputtering & misfiring. I JUST replaced the lower intake boot, fuel pump, & fuel filter so I don't even know what to do anymore.

These are the codes I got.

P0171 - Fuel metering too lean
P0313 - Misfire detected with low fuel
P0174 - Front bank 2 (Bank 2) Fuel system too lean
P1347 - Misfire Cylinder 3 with fuel cut off
P0313 - Misfire detected with low fuel

My engine gets extremely hot but the temp gauge stays right in the middle!!
