Help with CEL for O2 sensors (LOGS INCLUDED)

Hey guys, I have a 2004 BMW 325i with 94K Miles. It threw codes P2097, P2098, and P2270 so I replaced the intake rubber boots and cleared the code but to my surprise they returned.

All the codes that I'm getting are for post O2 sensors, Bank 1 says its signal is stuck lean but also that the fuel trim is too rich. How would this be ?
Bank 2 is just reporting fuel trim too lean.

I have ran diagnostics report on OBDFusion(which I will attach), but I just don't necessarily know what I'm looking for. I'm thinking I have a vacuum leak somewhere in the system and it's trying to compensate for it by throwing more fuel but then wouldn't my precat o2 sensors detect that and throw a code for the vacuum leak?

I'm attaching all the Logs and Diagnostic reports that would be required(read on jfoj pdf guide). If there's anymore info I can provide, please let me know.

Any help is appreciated!
Thank you!
