e46 m3 sedan, maybe for sale

it might be time to move this love affair on.



original plan was to remove the s54 and get started on the s62 but i feel the car is just too far sorted and perfect in ever way to do so.



anyway,



i see m3's almost every day and yet to see one this sorted, although i'm sure they are out there.



- engine 72,000k

- 6speed 420g with multiple bulletins performed on it. both internal folks and plunger sleeves have up upgraded. shifts like butter

- engine. new cam position sensors * 2, new actuator, new con-rod bearings (plus an additional spare set for future reference), main bearings checked. Spare cover kit for next adjustment. New MAF. Does not use a drop of oil and no leaks whatsoever. Air pump delete.

- 4.10 Motorsport gears in the m3 rear end.

- every bush/bearing/balljoint or wear item from front to rear is new. All genuine, besides solid rear diff bushes (good reason). This includes ball joints, control arms, wheel bearings etc. All replaced.

- z4m steering rack (good reason)

- porsche v8 tt brembo 6 pot front calipers on 370m disks. porsche gt3 4 pot rear brembo ceramic piston calipers on 365m e90 m3 rotors. Rotors all new. New brembo street / oe pads

- genuine 435 19" on pzero fun flats, 90%front, 75ish rear. Not a mark on the wheels.

- aftermarket m3 front bar with spare mtech2 as well. mtech2 rear bar.

- hk, nav mk4, digital tv, widescreen, bluetooth, digital radio, all OE of course.

- door trims and interior pieces, like new. brand new m3 steering wheel + shift knob.

- elect/memory/heated seats, folding mirrors. silver cube trim.

- 4 genuine keys

- genuine xenon's

- Paint job approx 12 months ago, as new.

- reinforced floor and subframes to my own spec, it wont break ever. (well...)

- new radiator, thermostat, water pump etc etc etc. Cant discount that sorta stuff, waterpump alone are circa $500ish off memory.

- stock exhaust with custom rear end. Sound is quiet ridiculous outside the car. Inside a symphony.

- besides the bar, no Chinese junk fitted.

- mss54 with very mild custom tune. shift lights, sports memory etc etc, all the funky stuff.

- significantly lighter than an m3 and significantly quicker than stock.



There is a sh%t tonne more il add if i remember.



There is not a bolt on this car i haven't touched and im the only person to work on it, i do everything myself and trust in nobody. Without trying to sound like an arrogant wan$er, although no one knows everything, i do consider myself to be extremely well versed on both the s54 and e46 chassis.



anyway, offers over 30k. I do realise rough m'3 can be had for that, but not good ones, for something i would consider sorted, you could double that.



My definition of sorted is, this car could see redline all day every day happily and live life fault free for at least another 100,000kms, common sense applying of course. Temps, condition, oils, service, fuels etc.



car lives between syd and melb, syd mostly. PM for anything further. A few members have seen, heard etc.
