GM5, lock actuator, or linkage?

I know this problem has been addressed before but nobody really had a definitive answer. I would probably say that it is because some things might have been lost in translation and so I have attached a video with the problem I am having.

List of Actions:

Key lock: Working

Key unlock: Not working

Door pull to unlock: Working

Keyhole lock: Working

Keyhole unlock: Working

Interior button lock: Not Working

Interior button unlock: Not working



This happened all of the sudden it is not an intermittent problem.
