VDO Window Regulator Made in China?

I just received a new VDO window regulator and was surprised to see that it is Made in China and built to the same quality, as the cheap ass ebay units that sales for $20.00 shipped. The VDO's are like $59.00........ Save yourself some coin and just buy the cheap crap from ebay.
