My 03 330ci does not have a keyhole on the driver side to manually unlock.

Is this normal? My unlock button does not unlock the driver door so I think I will be replacing the actuator. I am just worried that if for some reason the passenger door lock goes as well I will not be able to enter the car. There is no key hole to manually unlock on either door.
