Fml :(

So ran into a curb to avoid hitting a asshole who didn't yield. After freaking out and going crazy to the other drive I went home because I didn't see any damage to the car expect some rash to the rim. I didn't notice the tire missing a little part until I got home. Is this a big deal ?should I change to spare ? What should I do????:(
