I walked into the store today and when i came back out i was unable to get my door unlocked.
i have had a problem with it not automatically unlocking for a few months now (actuator) so i have been using my key to unlock the door. Today the lock is stuck, the key will turn and the knob will try to pop up but i get resistance and it will not release.
pulling the handle from the inside will not work either. It tries to unlock but something is inhibiting it.
What can i do to fix this since pulling the panel off with the door closed may prove to be a pain in the ass or resulting is destroying the door panel.
on a side note its been warm here lately but this is a new issue
