Question regarding wheel fitment on E46 325i

Hi All, I found a nice set of BMW Basket weave wheels on CraigsList for a great price. They are 16x8 I am not sure if they are ET23? They look like they came off a an e39 . Does anyone know if they'll fit an E46 325i ?
