Lately I've been noticing that shifting from first to second seems like it takes more work than shifting into any other gear. It almost feels like it doesn't want to shift into second like it rolls into gear instead of sliding into it. Also sometimes it takes a time or two to shift into reverse when I first get into my car. Anyone know what could be the cause of all this? Btw it's a 2002 325ci with 102k on the dash. 5 Spd of course.
