Great site you guys have here. Lots of info that has already helped me with my new car. My grandfather had always wanted a BMW. He purchased an 04' 325ci in 2006, and passed away in 2007. He then gave the car to my father, who has been driving it up until a few weeks ago. I finally had the opportunity to purchase the car from my father, and keep it within the family. When my grandfather passed he was cremated. We welded a small pipe up with his ashes inside and welded it to the chassis, so he is always with his car. I have several mods I plan on doing to it, along with some much needed repairs that have been ignored.
The thermostat is stuck open and it's not fun driving into work with little heat. The sunroof also no longer works, and has been stuck closed for some time. I plan on doing an exhaust and intake rather soon, also I'd like to do the angel eye mod to the headlights. I've found the DIY section and plan on using many of the excellent tutorials that have been written by the members here.
