Ugh P1347 code, help please.

Okay so my car, 2003 330Ci is originally from CA, and is now in VA and is parked outside. I have been getting the code P1347, Misfire cylinder 3 with fuel shutoff, on cold starts. There have been no lean codes that would suggest a a vacuum leak either. I have switched coils around and still got cyl 3, I then switched plug around and got cyl 5. I replaced the plugs with NGK BKR6EQUP and the car has been running noticeably smoother but I still get cyl 3 misfire after clearing codes and driving a good distance. I'd like to provide a bit of history on my car that I think relates to this problem (As in I'm not gonna list when the RTABs were replaced.)

94,478 Purchased

94,684 Fuel Filter

97,686 DISA, Up/Low intake, Vacuum hoses (F connector), Clean MAF/ICV/TB

112,164 CCV system (non cold climate)

113,404 Valve cover gasket

132,500 Fuel filter w/seal

149,302 Sap vacuum hose, both ends

149,640 Spark Plugs, NGK

Alright all parts are BMW brand or OEM. I'm not too sure where to start and searching seems to point to vacuum leaks which I don't exactly agree with but I'll entertain it, but I'm beginning to wonder if it's the fuel injector. Anyways I don't have my garage any more and most of my work/troubleshooting is done in the parking lot/cold. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Another thing, pulling the oil cap while running changes the idle, pulling the MAF plug stalled the car but that was before the spark plugs were changed if that matters.
