I'm going to buy a used BMW and I need your help!!

I'm very excited to have seen a nice 1998 BMW 740iL. Loaded with a lot of stuff.



It has 215,000 miles on it, and I'll be buying it for $2500.



Should I go ahead? What are the things I should look out for in a car with such a high mileage??
